Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out before 10 am.
Cancellation Policy:
• If room is cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged on a weekend booking or 1/3 for a weekly booking.
• If the cottage is cancelled or modified up to 90 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged on a weekend booking or 1/3 for a weekly booking.
• Cancellation has to be received in writing or per e-mail and acknowledged by us.
• If room is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
